Training Over 60: Jumping Hurdles

While in Santa Barbara, Linda was 8 miles in to a 10-mile trail run as part of her training for the 2016 Tor des Geants when she took a fall and fractured her humerus. Despite needing to keep her arm connected to her body to support the healing bone for 4-6 weeks, she isn't giving up.

There will always be obstacles. In training, in life, in everything we do. Remember your sense of humor and focus on achieving your goal. Your schedule will get crazy, you may have to back off your training to let an injury heal, don't let it get you down. Make adjustments and keep pushing forward.

Another obstacle to tackle? Left-handed eggs..
